Richard Blunden
Managing Director
Since taking over as Managing Director in January 2010, Richard has been instrumental in the expansion of Moduflex.
Richard over sees day to day operations and works to improve manufacturing processes, capacity and efficiency to ensure that the customer gets the best quality and service.
Tony Blunden
Director
Tony is responsible for the special projects that Moduflex are involved with. With a core skill set coming from the construction industry Tony is comfortable liaising with site managers and structural engineers, providing vital links between manufacturing and installation.
Tony’s vast knowledge of the industry and its people are key to maintaining strong links with our partners.

Guy Farndale
Director
Guy is often found operating at the sharp end of the business making sure that the product, transport and people are in the right place and at the right time. Guy continues to oversee the H&S side of the site work and ensures that we have the best in industry RAMS for every contract.

Andrew Peachey
Director
Manufacturing at Moduflex has changed in the 2 years since Andrew joined. With a real commitment to Lean and CI (continuous improvement), Andrew has made significant improvement to the processes and workflow of the factory. This year there has been a 20% increase in production, and with a further 20% planned for next year, Moduflex have had to work smarter and harder and Andrew is there to make sure that happens.

Simon Farndale
Sales Manager
Simon is producing customer drawings and quotations to the same high standard as ever, and remains a vital resource to our clients. Simon works tirelessy to respond to the increasing number of complex customer enquiries and turns them around quickly. Simon was pivotal in the procurement and planning of Moduflex’s new quotation system that will go live in Jan 2012.

Elaine Meadows
Receptionist
Elaine is the first port of call for many enquiries and all visitors to Moduflex, ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a friendly, relaxed yet efficient manner. Elaine really enjoys her work and makes a wonderful cup of tea

Wendy Andrews
Contracts Manager
Wendy is responsible for all pre project planning from logistics to Health and Safety, and the day to day planning and coordination of all of Moduflex's project installations. This involves contact with our client base, inter departmental liaison within Moduflex, plus the control of all the labour teams for each project. This key role ensures projects are both completed within the allocated deadlines and to customers satisfaction.

Order Processing Manager
Ed plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all quotes and orders are processed smoothly and efficiently & remains a key point of contact for many of our clients.

Becky Carpendale
Accounts
The accounting function is integral in any business, at Moduflex the process is managed effectively and seamlessly by Becky.
Michael Karana
Transport Manager
Michael is responsible for making sure all of our deliveries get to site, on time and with the minimum of fuss. Michael is never flustered and takes everything in his stride! Although a new addition to the team, Michael is settling in well and resolves transport issues efficiently and effectively, always with a smile.

Mike Holloway
Group Health and Safety Officer
Mike has the difficult task of keeping Moduflex up to date with H&S legislation and best practice, but it doesn’t stop there. Mike is also our “Green Guru”, managing to bring Moduflex’s “planet Positive” status within a few weeks of joining us. Mike will also be driving the accreditation process for quality and environmental standards; ISO9001 and 14001.

Lee McKechnie
Product engineer and programmer
Lee is Lead programmer and Product engineer, he has a wealth of experience within Moduflex and other production environments. Lee uses the SolidWorks 3D CAD programs to assist in the design and manufacture of products.
