Toast Rack Art Shelving

Design

Toast Rack shelving is a cost-effective storage solution for paintings and other artwork that needs to be stored upright. The vertical design of Toast Rack shelving allows curators to easily organise their collection into sections. Rod dividers are used to keep paintings in an upright position. It’s commonly used to safely store archival artwork in backrooms.

This system is fully customisable to accommodate unusually shaped artefacts or suit specific conditions, such as fitting around awkward spaces and other storage.

It can easily be combined with our other picture-racking types, such as mobile storage or shelving. Alternatively you can integrate your existing storage with our toast rack shelving.

You can easily preserve your collection by regulating airflow with perforated sections – a common standard practice among museums.
